The only concern that I have is that we have not received any advance notice that a technician is showing up at our home. This past Saturday the only outside area of our home that was treated was the front and left and right side of the house. Had we known that you were coming we would have unlocked the back gate to allow your technician access to treat the back yard as he did in the front. In the future we would like to receive a telephone call 24 hours prior to a technician showing up. 856-612-5950.
