Let me start by saying that the service itself was good, the bugs were kept at bay while using this company. However, that's where the good review ends. You do not get good customer service with this company! You call to schedule and appointment, and they take a message, but never get back to you. So, I asked the tech on his next visit for his direct number so I could schedule with him, but he never gets back to me either, or he writes back that he's in training and will get back with me next week, but then, never does. So, after several more phone calls to the company, I schedule an August 4th appointment from between 8-10 a.m. with them, and sit home for 2 hours and he never shows up! I call the company, and they say that my appointment was for August 27th -- nearly 4 weeks away! I never set up an appointment with them for that date so far in advance. My last service was April 30th, that date would put me at 4 months, well over my quarterly service date. So, I just fired this company and will hire another one.
