I requested an estimate for bathroom remodel and was told that it would be under 10k for them and the subcontractor. I waited and waited for the estimate called left messages and finally got an answer from someone. She looked into it and didn't call back as promised. Then 2 days later I get an incomplete email estimate over 13k! No break down of charges cost of tub, pictures of tub, no measurements NOTHING.
I call back and tell the person that my estimate is over 4 more than it was promised, she says she will call back, and doesn't. But I get 2 emails to rate this company.

NOT RELIABLE NOT DEPENDABLE NOT A COMPANY THAT I WILL USE EVER.

DON'T ATTEMPT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM IF YOUR ON A BUDGET, DON'T DEPEND ON THEM FOR A PROPER ESTIMATE OR A SIMPLE PHONE CALL OR TEXT BACK.
