Your salesman, Gerret Lundquest, was very professional in all aspects. I do think that his estimate of the Sq footage was a bit off as the entire original house, which is the only part that has an attic, is1050 sq ft. And the living room and dining room combination had the attic completely removed. Half of the attic in the bedroom behind the fireplace had been removed. Just the living room- dining room combination was 260 sq feet. This makes the attic area less than 800 sq ft. I haven’t even subtracted the room behind the fireplace. That room was 10x13, 130 sq ft/2 would eliminate another 65 sq ft. Also the annual renewal rate was very high.
