Three months ago, I changed over to Terminix from another company. I have been very satisfied with Terminix's follow-through, especially on my total yard treatment.
And just recently, I came across a nest of yellow-jackets in my frontyard. Mike, my Terminix's technician, came over within a few days, found the nest, and applied the treatment to eliminate. Mike did receive a few bee stings in the process.
There was no charge for this service for it was part of my yearly package.
