I was not notified that the technician was coming today. I left my dog in the back and I am unsure if the back yard was treated. When I asked the customer service associate, Brent, he assured me that it was not done due to the amount of product that was used.
When speaking with Brent he was helpful and fixed one of my issues, but did not have a great attitude.
I recently switched back to your company due to the service I received the first time I had you all.
The last two applications have been sub par and not what I remember the service to previously have been.
