I used freedom last year the tech who came out was great, suited up and removed a nest out of the front yard. Gave us his card to call if anything g came back. 2 weeks ago I had nests in a few spots mainly a wasp nest beginning in the living room window. 2-3 days after spraying I realized that the nest was still forming. I called, spoke to management, sent pictures, was told I was a liar that I didn't know what I was seeing... etc... now 1 week later 225.00 down the drain and 1 can of raid! I have NOT had 1 phone call back and will never use or recommend this company to anyone. My family prides ourselves in our Moro of the customer is always right. Since being in business since 1946 I remember my Grandfather always making sure his customers were happy! Well not this company I'll go to a big chain next time! So unhappy and treated like my money is nothing!
