Had a great experience so far. I put in a question online, received a call back within a few hours. Then, was able to schedule a specialist to come within a week. Jonathan was excellent, informative and professional. He was able to set up mice traps and get rid of the two bees nests that made a home!

They did respond fast sent inspector out but his notes and what he told me did not jive with tech that came and never came back to to insect treatment!

Justin of FREEDOM PEST CONTROL was just here to look at large holes in our backyard. Informed us we have rats,Yuck!

The reason shorts cannot be worn is that of the utmost safety to our technicians:
Shorts don't provide enough protection when applying pesticides because over 90% of pesticide exposure happens through the skin. To reduce your risk of exposure, you should wear protective clothing that covers as much of your body as possible. The type of clothing and how you wear it can affect how well you're protected.

I contacted Freedom Pest Control after noticing increased wasp activity at the back of the house. The price quote was fair and they sent someone out the very next day (another company said it would take a week). The worker was friendly and patient. He answered my questions and took care of the issue, making sure the perimeter of the house and the attic were clear. So far, no more wasp activity. Fingers crossed! Will definitely call them again if the need arises.
