I was not only pleased but relieved with my initial contact with the representative in the office, Mary. Mary reassured me that she could help me and get me an appointment as soon as possible, which ended up being the same day! The Technician, John was super thorough, professional, and efficient. He explained everything to me on what the plan of action would be and maintenance after. I am beyond pleased with Freedom Pest Control.
