My first service, February was cancelled by me, which should not have ah to be by me, since the temperature was in single digits, and there was 8 inches of snow on the ground with piles all over from plowing. I called the office to reschedule citing the craziness of scheduling this visit. I told them to not plan anything for this site until at least the middle of March. So what happens? UNEXPECTEDLY, NO LESS,doesn't the service guy show up on Thursday, March 3rd only to find the same snow pack and cold temperatures....HELLO! Is anybody out therewith any common sense?
