We had an initial and follow-on treatment for Carpenter ants. We still have a carpenter ant problem and Calls to your office have left us dissatisfied. Your CT managers have not called us back and the only thing you have offered is the Premium monthly plan. Why would I sign for a monthly plan if you did not eradicate the issue that we paid you for? I have never seen such poor customer service.

To make it even worse, the salesman who initially came out to our house had no respect for our space and tried to sell us more than what we needed at the time. He acted like a used car salesman.

If you do not contact me to fix my current carpenter ant issue, I will never do business with you again. This is terrible customer service.
