You don"t get that kind of fast service at most places. Roberto showed up and rang the doorbell to let me know he was there. I showed him the iron stain that were left from the previous treatment. He took the time to explain what the expectations were and what I wanted to do regarding the stains on the side of the house. He was very personable and a great representative for your company. Both of these employees deserve a raise, seriously. Do whatever it takes to maintain these two as they are both shining examples of what customer service is.
