Drake Lawn & Pest Control

The lawn technician Jonathan was very helpful and very knowledgeable.

In February our home had an attic restoration done where Drake put 6 inches of insulation. I then received my air conditioning bill in March and it was much higher. I have lived in our home for 4 years and it has never been this high. When I contacted Drake they said I had an option to do 9 inches insulation, but it was thousands of dollars to do this.

Drake advised me prior to the insulation that my air conditioning bill would be about the same if not better because they used a higher grade insulation. This was not the case and I do not recommend attic restoration through this company.

We are only in April now and Florida heat has not even started. If my air conditioning bill is higher in March, obviously it's going to be much higher during the actual summer months in Florida. Drake could not resolve this issue and now we are going to be stuck for however many years we will be living here, because they're insulation is not adequate.

Side note- We kept our air conditioning at 78 during the summer months for 4 years and right now we have to keep it at 75 to 76° just to feel okay (It's April).

I have used several pest control companies in the past with bad results. Without a doubt Drake is the best! Isaac takes the time needed to keep my lawn looking its best. I would advise anyone to give them a try.

Called and spoke to Vanessa in the front office. She responded promptly and had a service call set up the next day for me.
You don"t get that kind of fast service at most places. Roberto showed up and rang the doorbell to let me know he was there. I showed him the iron stain that were left from the previous treatment. He took the time to explain what the expectations were and what I wanted to do regarding the stains on the side of the house. He was very personable and a great representative for your company. Both of these employees deserve a raise, seriously. Do whatever it takes to maintain these two as they are both shining examples of what customer service is.

Excellent service! Kendall really goes the extra mile. He is very informative and trustworthy. I"m so happy to put my lawn care in his hands because it was a drought disaster. He is bringing it back to tropical green. Thank you!

Steven was very patient and explained all the issues my lawn has. We worked out a plan that fits my demand and my wallet. The technicians were punctual and were professional. Thank you Steven you went above and beyond to help me. I know that my lawn will look better soon.

The technican was fantastic I love the way he reaches and communicate with the clients. Im just waiting to see the results from this last treatmnet.

Great service and very courteous staff. Great products for the lawn, I have had them for only a few weeks and the lawn looks great. Worth every penny!!

I only received a survey for my shrub care and not my lawn and didn't see any other area to offer my review.

My front yard has a large browning patch of grass and several smaller ones. The technician didn't make any mention it was even there. The technician did call out that I have acorns on my yard, but very little where the brown patches are. The week prior I asked the irrigation guy to look at it and he said it could be brown patch disease. If it is brown patch disease, there is no mention of any treatment. Also, there is a patch of weeds in the front yard, again no mention in the report checklist except the whole yard was treated.

Would love to discuss with a manager.
