I have received two contract in the mail that are alike. Neither one of the contracts indicate service for snakes. both indicate wildlife same price. Called today, Saturday, April 18th and transferred to customer service. Left on hold for more than an hour and no one picked up. I realize that it is Saturday and that you might be working with reduced staff. When your staff came out he did not know that he was suppose to spray - or put down anything for snakes. I feel that I am paying for service that I did not get and the two identical contracts are evidence that you are charging me for pest control only. Service not performed.
