Colonial Pest Control staff asked reasonable questions to provide a quote, set up a timely service date, and provided the agreed upon service. When a second problem was discovered, their staff was open to treating it at the same time as the first agreed upon service. The staff was courteous and respectful. I especially liked that they didn't try to sell me any services I didn't need and/or wasn't requesting. This kept the costs reasonable and affordable for me.
