Katrina performed my quarterly pest control. She is the epitome of what a service technician should be. She's friendly, courteous, easy to talk to and most of all, knowledgeable. Even though this was only the 2nd time she'd been to my home, she actually remembered the areas I was most concerned with treating. Since she has to treat so many homes, I consider that amazing!
