Really disappointed with the service. We had squirrel (s) in the attic and I went through the situation with the technologist who came in and requested that he put a trap in the attic but he put a trap outside and nothing was caught. He came a week later and then put a trap inside the attic (Additional 85$ charge for this). He did not even venture into the attic and lay the trap where we are more likely to capture the squirrel. A week and half later ABC calls and the technologist suggests that we move the trap within the attic for another 85$ charge. I declined offer but was charged regardless. I again had to call and wait for 20 mins to get someone on the call to get the charge cancelled. At this point, I had to call off ABC from my property and have the traps removed (BTW, I removed the trap from the attic). Very disappointed with the overall experience.
