Kayce was thorough, patient and diligent today. She explained everything, showed me all the blocked entry points and found the dead rat. Kayce went the extra mile and provided service that isn't seen from so many other establishments nowadays. Also, she showed me the great work that was done previously (by the guys before her) that resulted in what so far seems to be a solution to the rat problem.
