Are you happy with our service?
Bottom Line, is that you got to be kidding. No freaking way are we happy with the service of TERMINIX. We got the biggest run around, trying to chase down One (1) piece of paper. One (1) piece of paper. Did I write that right? One (1) piece of paper. Now I’m questioning the work that was done on the Moisture Barrier. Did we really need it? Or was it just an entrapment to boost the cost of the Original Pest Inspection. Then my day in the Emergency Room. Once we have received the bill from the Hospital, we will send that bill along to TERMINIX and TERMINIX will be expected to pay this bill. Then of top of everything, the WTF Double Billing on the original pre-paid Invoice.
We are paying the Invoice for the Crawl Space Door and the Moisture Barrier, as work was done and completed and on the recommendation of our attorney.
All agreements signed and unsigned with TERMINIX are hereby Terminated as of 5/17/22.
Any further contact by Terminix will be considered harassment, and will be dealt with accordingly.
I wouldn’t recommend TERMINIX to my worst enemy.
