We were told no one needed to be home for the termite service. We came home to find it only half done. We paid for termite service around the home and garage ( which is where the termites are) not in the home. We had trouble getting a hold of anyone, we finally reached out to the man who sold us the service he said the manager would be in touch. No one ever called!! I had to call over the span of two days of being stuck on hold to reschedule some one to come back out to my home! I don’t think anyone was ever going to call us to fix the mistake nor do I think anyone there cared! I don’t think we should have to wait two weeks for someone to come back out to my home, we’ve already paid over $2,000 for a half done job we should have been top priority not scheduled when it was convenient! We are very disappointed in the work and customer service. I still have yet to get an apology or an explanation as to why it wasn’t completed the same day. Guess I should have been home to babysit!
