The technician, Caleb, was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and concerns, was very thorough, and efficient in his work. He placed the traps/boxes in locations where they blend in with the surroundings. We had another company give us a quote prior to calling Venice Pest Control. Costs were about the same but Caleb's approach and his answers made the difference for us.
