Had some carpenter bee and ant shenanigans going on and called. Ty was out the next day (and this was prime time for bug season) to check out the situation. We talked, he listened and came up with a plan together. No hard sell, nothing more than what we wanted. He came out and did the initial work in another couple days and we're off to the races.
