Well to be honest with you. I never heard back from anyone about the problem on 5920 Thunder Ridge #3. I had to call the tenants to see if anything was done. They said that nothing was done, & that they still have mice. it would have been nice to hear from someone in your office about the findings or even if there was a problem. We have used you many many time & never had a problem.
