I rated a 4 but the man sent wasn’t really nice. Unfortunately our terminix salesman said he would have to come back missed places. So I would have given a 3. The man that set the appt was Jake and he was the nicest person I have ever spoken with in my life. I totally would give him a 5. I think your company is probably great but the man that came wasn’t friendly to my husband at all.
