On Friday Nov. 3, Home Parampount's technician, Juan, responded to our request for an inspection about a mouse pest. Juan did the inspection and suggested that it was a minor issue, but that we needed to replace the several-year-old traps in the house and outside around house. On Monday Nov. 6, technician Kevin came and did all of the trap replacements inside and outside, and helped up clean a few places for the traps.
