I was very happy from the very first call to the service to the ending results and removal of the "pest" that had taken up residence under my shed. I spoke w/ office personnel- very courteous and informative. I then got to meet with a Representative (Brian) at my house for the estimate. He was quick courteous and answered my questions with ease.We discussed what procedures they would take to remove my unwanted guest. The gentleman who check the trap all week, was quiet and professional. When I asked him some questions mid week, he was also very informative. I was quite happy and felt they definitely knew what they were doing. They followed up after each visit and I received emails with daily reports. I am very happy with their service. And not that I want to- but if needed would look forward to utilizing their service in the future.
