Service Visit on 9/20/2024: Identified water issues in crawl space. Technician made recommendation to install humidifier, if one compact enough is available. He made calls to manager who recommended a different tech come out and take measurements. No call received to schedule an appointment regarding the humidifier. Also signed a contract for pest control, my primary concern being roaches coming in from outside. Asked specifically for technician to come inside and treat the downstairs area as well as outdoors, and was assured that indoors could be treated also. Appointment scheduled. 9/26: Technician came, sprayed outside, put mouse traps in crawl space and took care of ants in yard and hornets nest; did not come inside. The same night it rained, and the next couple of days, the roaches were coming in again. 10/2: Called and a return service was scheduled for 2:30pm, Friday, 10/4. Also, after an apology for not contacting us as promised, an appointment was scheduled for Monday, October 7, to measure for a humidifier. Pest control Technician arrived 10/4, assuming sometime prior to 1:55pm, to re-do pest control, completed whatever he/she did and left a hanging note on the door at 1:55pm. Did not come inside as requested, ring the door bell or call. I was working from home and had no idea that the service person was here. I called to ask about this and was on hold at least 20 minutes when the call was terminated. Am I pleased with the service thus far, absolutely not.
