Initial treatment & the gentleman was only there 15-20 minutes. Did not even go upstairs to my second floor & when he was asked why not, said there was no need to do the upstairs as the bugs come in from the downstairs! The ants & spiders did not get the memo!
House is absolutely surrounded by cobwebs & the cobwebs have millions of gnats stuck in them.
Not very happy with the service!
