I can't say I'm unhappy with your service nor am I happy with it. I don't like the frequency of your applications and the cost seems to be way out of proportion. As for the product, we have one of the shabbiest lawns on our street. I pointed it out to one of your agents and his only reaction was to say it needs more watering. I've watered it every non rainy day for several years. I'm about six inches from changing servers.
