Your agent asked me for the tools he needed, ie a stepladder and gloves. Further when he found a dead opossum, he left it and told me it was "up there" and "would stink". Good/excellent service would have been to bring it down, vs leaving it in place for us to take care of. We have had excellent service in the past. Perhaps you could send a different agent next time?
