The tech was courteous and thorough. They even had our history from our service years ago that we had totally forgotten. They knew more about our house than I did! Most important, they were honest and reasonable. They did not sell service that we did not need and they answered every question. Their ability to answer questions credibly mattered a lot to me because I am very critical of service providers as I have been told so many lines from various providers. I am pretty skeptical and they passed with flying colors ;)
