I have no issues with the service itself. The technicians are always wonderful. However, I have requested (several times) to be contacted before service is done so we can either be home and/or open the back gate for the technician. I have also requested my cell phone to be the point of contact, not the house phone as we have a teenager who doesn't always pass along the message. A representative called our house phone last Thursday twice to schedule an appointment. I had not called back yet to schedule, yet the technician called our house phone on Monday to say he was on his way. It just so happened my husband was home to let him through the back gate. My biggest issue is that we are charged the full price regardless of whether or not the technician treats the backyard. I'm going to ask this once more and it it's not adhered to, we will be changing companies. Please DO NOT send out a technician to our home until an appointment has been verbally scheduled with myself or my husband. This instruction is supposedly noted on our account and should not be difficult to comply with. I want to also point out that there should be a note on the account to make sure the gate is properly latched closed when the technician leaves so our dogs do not run away.
