I know the service is being done but I normally get a notice that you were here. I need that notice receipt to track my service and check my gates. Please leave something on my door telling me you were here. Failure to do so will result in termination of your service. This is the third time I asked for a simple receipt.
2. I'm not sure why I have to pay over the phone, the web site is painful, I called customer service and they couldn't figure it out, an APP would work better in my opinion. There are a lot of bug companies out there.
