First time out, they sprayed for ants. Had to call back cuz still seeing ants a month later. Appointment confirmed-no show, no call. After waiting 2 hours, we called and were told the tech had to take his son to the doctor. Ok, we understand, but if the office knew, why didn't they call us so we weren't waiting around? Also, they said they only treat the crawl space if we had roaches...we called because we had roaches and ants. Going to try again.
