Generally yes...it has changed a lot over the years.. we are paying more and the service is different than it use to be.Just need to be contacted when person is on the way out to do service. This did not happen this last time and we did not think he showed up. But I guess he did...saw some stuff he put down. I recontacted the home office to let them know he did show...he just did not let us know he was he as we were here.
