I have the yearly service which consists of three visits (spring, summer, & fall). they are spaced out properly and if we should spot any problems they are very willing to come out in between visits. If rain is scheduled for our visit day they will reschedule the visit so that we get max benefit of the treatment. All treatments are people & pet friendly once they dry.
