Becca was well informed and patient with all my questions. She was understanding when I voiced concerns about the spray hurting our family of chipmunks in our yard and was willing to find a way to apply the spray without hurting them. She was also diligent in helping me figure out what was causing decay to some of our plants. I thought it was bug related but she researched it right then and discovered it was fungus. She was great! A wonderful employee.
