Sort of a mixed bag for me - On the one hand the communication was good with Catseye, if anything I heard from them more than I wanted to about my service. But the service itself was just ok especially considering what I paid. My house is difficult to work on because it is tall, but when paying a premium for work to be done under contract (after an inspection from an employee from the company) which includes paying more because two workers are needed for tall ladders I expect the company to come prepared to complete the work. The techs who came out to do the work did not bring tall enough ladders, forgot essential equipment to do the work, allowed a tall ladder to be improperly secured causing it to be blown over damaging a gutter on my home and narrowly missing causing more damage to my house. I personally would not hire this company again.
