Brent was very nice and customer service oriented as well. He talked to me and explained everything he was doing. Seems to be very knowledgeable about the business. As for your customer service reps who answer the phone, I don't feel very welcome when I call or when I ask for certain times of service. I always feel I am bothering them and they have a "set script" to go by and won't or can't very from it. They just don't seem very pleasant or concerned. I have been a customer for at least 24 yrs or longer and it wasn't always like that. But for the past 5 yrs or longer it has been a struggle for me to make an appointment. I even said last year I would find another service, but your technicians are very good and they are what keeps me coming back for service. I used to refer people to Clint Miller but I don't any longer.
