Oh wow, perfect timing. After speaking with Brandon and obtaining pool service, Joey showed up on 4/7, tested the water, checked the filter and skimmed the pool. He advised he could try to clear the stain on the pool but didn’t have the chemical with him. On Tuesday 4/19 Brittany was by. On 4/20, I called Brandon about a green/yellow algee that had developed between 4/7 and 4/19. He advised Brittany had found it Tuesday and someone would be by 4/21 or 4/22. When my mom advised me no one came 4/21, I text Brandon and asked why Brittany had not addressed the algee on 4/19. Now it’s 4/22 and my mom has not seen anyone responding about the condition of the pool. With the pools condition I would expect someone to make their presence know yo her.
