I contacted Terminix to take care of scratching noises in the wall. One tech diagnosed it as a probable wildlife (squirrel) situation. Once they set the trap, they were supposed to check it EVERY DAY. That has not happened; I've had to call them to remind them. While the techs who arrive are nice and courteous, they often arrive later than the scheduled time slot. And, I'm getting conflicting diagnoses from the various techs of what the actual problem is: the wildlife techs all say that it's probably not a squirrel, but mice/rats which is covered under my pest control contract. I am not pleased with this inconsistent service. I wonder if I was sold a service (wildlife) that was not needed.
