I was just in VA and happened to be there when the guy came out to do the service. I watched him dust off his knee pads, put them on,open the crawl space door, glance in there, close the door, slowly walk to the front of the house, take off his knee pads, dust them off again even though he didn't use them, sit in his truck for a few minutes and leave. Since then, I have started a bathroom renovation project and not only was there evidence of rodent activity under the tub, THERE WAS A DEAD RODENT! What a sham! I am putting this most recent charge in dispute and am considering a few more.
