With my recent visit this week for quarterly service, no cobwebs were swept, a big mud wasp nest was left in the corner of a window and I don’t see that any bait was left around the outside of the house anywhere. This, after I mentioned the “typical” roach activity outside when he asked if I had any concerns. I did see him check one of the bait boxes on the property as I did mention our neighbor had seen rodent activity. I don’t know if he checked them all. After that the tech went to his vehicle and left less than 15 minutes later. I am a long time customer and I do not feel I received full service with this visit and do not want to pay. This tech is always cordial and professional, and has been assigned to us for many years. I think it may benefit your company to rotate techs every year at least to have familiarity with clients yet also give them the opportunity to not become complacent which may be the case here. I will say when Greg was assigned to my account I always felt he went above and beyond. Thanks for the opportunity to provide feedback. I trust my concerns will be addressed.
