The recent attic insulation job went well and the two employees who came to the residence did a great job. With regards to the wildlife department that handled the work (addition of wildlife screens) on the eaves of the house, communication was horrible. On the initial date that the eave work was supposed to take place, the work on only one eave was completed. There was no communication as to why only one was done at the time and we had to follow-up as to when the second one would be completed. The second time that someone came to the residence from the wildlife department, the work on the second screen was completed. However, the employee never made any sort of effort to communicate that they had completed the work. Some sort of door hanger should have been left or an attempt to ring the doorbell at the house should have taken place. I really did appreciate the follow-up from Canon who made sure the work was finally completed.
