I have always believed in your company. You service my relatives monthly. It's evident you have a great deal of knowledge in what you are doing. We had you come out and take care of bees penetrating our exterior wall. You told us if after a week or so if you see any more signs of bees let you know. After you finished your treatment, a week or so later we found a few more bees lingering in the same area. I called to relay this issue to you, and I was told there would be an additional charge for another trip. Disagreeing with this procedure I was told the Tech. would give me a call. That was 10 ago. Still no phone call. With this procedure, a project could go on & on & on. where is the reasoning in that?
