When I called to schedule our annual inspection, I was told it was done on March 10. I was home sick for a week. My house was not inspected. He did come on March 28th.
My house was tented in February, 2022 finally after requesting it for at least 2 years. We had considerable termite damage to our roof which we had to replace. Some areas they couldn’t find to spot treat , other areas could not be taken care of in a timely manner. I’m not pleased with how we were put off!!! All the wood replacement was very expensive.
