A live person whose first language was English (thank goodness, I could understand her 100%) answered the phone and had a quick, concise discussion about our needs. The inspector communicated well and was on time. The treatment professional also arrived on time, explained everything with great patience to my 88 year old dad who had lots of questions. All in all, it was a great team with great customer service. Oh, and the bugs are all gone!
