I rated everything low due to the technician transition we recently experienced. We were extremely pleased with our old technician, Keith Harris. Everything was going smoothly until one day, he was gone with no notice or communication from the office. We learned that Keith was no longer with the control after a new tech showed up without notice. I finally received a message from Dean after I called. I returned his call, leaving a message regarding my gate key, and never heard back from him. I still don't know where my key is or who my permanent tech is. A tech showed up one morning and quickly left after only treating the front of the house and not the back. I had to call him and ask that he return.
We were pleased with Keith. He was aware of our issues, always helpful, and always in communication with us. Since his mysterious departure, I have been very unhappy with the service and thinking of cancelling any future service with Newport. We have been customers for 10 years and the previous owners also used your service. It's a shame we have to leave after all these years.
