The technician who visited our home was clearly very knowledgeable and professional. However, I was disappointed by his disinclination to use a ladder to inspect the outside window in order to figure out from where the yellow jackets were entering the room. His remedy was to spray chemicals into parts of the affected room and stand on the deck looking up at the window to determine movement. Moreover, the technician did not consider inspecting the property to see if there was a nest on the property (our neighbors have two active yellow jacket nests): I had to ask him to check the exterior. For the very high cost of service, the experience was on par with normal pest control companies. We expected higher standards. thank you.
