So far, both the sales rep and installer have been outstanding. The installer, Phil, worked extremely hard the entire time he was here and gave me frequent updates on his progress. He wasn’t able to finish the job because he ran out of stations, but will be back on Thursday to finish. Mark was very thorough in his inspection and explanation of what to expect from Russell’s. I would highly recommend Russell!s Peat Control to anyone needing their services.
